Basic Function: This position is in Lake Oswego, OR
Responsible for the preparation of mortgage closing paperwork, the computing of tax escrows, funding sheet and initial tax account statements.

Daily Responsibilities:
Receive UPS packages into the department. -Prepare interoffice envelopes and packages for UPS shipping. -File documents/loan files and retrieve as needed. -Create letters and copy documents in loan files to prepare them for audit. -Review follow up documents for accuracy and completeness and ship to investors. -Enter date into the computer and pull reports. -Other tasks as assigned.

What it takes to be successful: -High school degree or GED. -Basic computer skills. -ability to lift 50 pounds. -Accurate data entry skills. -Dependable.
 
Bonus Qualifications: -Prior experience working in a mortgage setting.
